As a long term tenant of DSM they have been great landlords. The building is very clean and the yard kept up. The sidewalks are shovelled in the winter. Repairs and maintenance are made to the building to keep it in good order. Tenant repairs in the apartment units are always attended to in a timely manner. Any problems with other tenants which are only minor noise complaints are always dealt with and the problem does not occur again. Overall an enjoyable place to live with landlords who care.

I have lived in their properties both at Beaconsfield and near Bloor West Village for the better part of three years and have enjoyed both locations immensely during this time. As conscientious property managers they have been communicative, understanding, and accommodating to the needs that arise from time to time as a tenant, and I always feel comfortable reaching out to discuss matters no matter how big or small. The properties themselves were also reasonably priced, well taken care of, and very spacious for a bachelor living in or near the downtown core of Toronto. I consider myself lucky to have been able to rent from these two locations over the last several years.

For a stretch of years, I lived first in a smaller apartment, and then later, I moved next door into the most beautiful apartment I have ever had the privilege of living in, both of these under the tender and loving care of DSM Investments. The saying goes that home is where the heart is—and nothing could be truer. While we city folk do our best to make our home spaces sacred, it takes things to a new level when the people that own the spaces love them just as much as we do. In my experience, the whole DSM team brings an unwavering sense of integrity and careful attention to detail to each of their buildings, and most especially, their tenants. I am deeply grateful for the years we spent together.
